Need more credits in a heavy month? Add a pack any time your subscription is active. Top-ups are billed separately in USD: US$0.40 per credit on Starter and US$0.35 per credit on Growth. Purchased top-up credits carry forward until used, while unused monthly plan credits reset at renewal.

Questions people ask

Is there a setup fee?

No. Neither Starter nor Growth has a setup fee. Your Brand Brain, voice, glossary, audience, products, channels and brand rules, is built as part of getting started, so the platform is producing on-brand work from the first draft rather than a generic default.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, by request. A trial and a paid signup are separate paths: choosing Subscribe now sends you to PayPal and starts paid access immediately after confirmation, with no trial added. Trial credits expire at the end of the trial.

How many brands does each plan cover?

Starter covers one brand's Brand Brain. Growth covers up to 3 brands sharing a single pool of 1,000 credits and one subscription, rather than billing each brand separately. Portfolios beyond 3 brands are Enterprise.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can move between Starter and Growth as your needs change. Adding brands within Growth's 3-brand limit stays on the same subscription and shared pool; growing past that means talking to us about Enterprise.

What happens to unused credits?

The monthly credit pool doesn't roll over, on any plan. It's designed to match a steady month of use rather than to bank up, which keeps pricing simple and predictable. Credit packs are different: pack credits persist and never expire.

What if I go over my credit pool?

Add a credit pack any time your subscription is active: 100, 500 or 1,000 credits, billed in USD at US$0.40 per credit on Starter or US$0.35 per credit on Growth. Packs stack on top of your monthly allowance and carry forward until used.

Is this per seat?

No. Starter is priced for one brand and Growth for up to 3 brands, never per user, so your whole team can work from the same Brand Brain without a seat tax.

Do you offer annual billing?

Not yet. Starter and Growth subscriptions are billed monthly in AUD, including GST. Credit top-ups are separate USD purchases.

How much does Enterprise cost?

Enterprise pricing is custom, scoped to the number of brands, credit volume and support your team needs, for portfolios beyond Growth's 3 brands. Contact us and we'll put together a plan.

Is woople available self-serve today?

Yes. Starter and Growth can be purchased from this page. PayPal confirms the subscription first, then woople creates the paid workspace and emails secure access immediately. A trial is available separately by request.
